Mike Bazzi

Vice President, Managing Counsel Canada

As Vice President, Managing Counsel Canada Mike leads the Canadian legal team which plays a key role in advancing ADP Canada’s strategy, ongoing transformation, and growth. He and his team provide legal, compliance, regulatory and operational support to all ADP Canada business functions.

Mike has more than 24 years of experience including most recently with a global HR technology company focused on employee reward and recognition, and global bank in Toronto and the U.S. in various legal management roles covering regulatory, corporate/commercial, compliance and privacy matters. Mike began his career in private practice as a tax lawyer at global accounting and law firms in Toronto, with an initial focus on providing U.S. tax advice to Canadian companies with U.S. operations.

Mike has a B.A. from the University of Windsor, a J.D. from Michigan State University, and an LL.M in Tax from Georgetown University Law Center. Mike is licensed to practice law in the province of Ontario and state of Illinois.
