As Vice President of Development, Massimo leads the product management and development organization for the Canada product portfolio including HR and Talent.

Massimo has more than 25 years of experience as a product engineering executive. He has a proven track record of designing and developing innovative customer experiences and driving business growth through product and technology solutions. His expertise spans a wide range of technical disciplines, Massimo has effectively led high-performing global teams, emphasizing both agile engineering culture and systems thinking.

Prior to ADP, Massimo held several senior leadership roles at Thomson Reuters including Vice President, Technology & Product Engineering. Massimo previously served in senior-level roles for Cineplex Entertainment and Canada Goose in Toronto, Canada.

Massimo earned his MBA and Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Management at Athabasca University. He holds diplomas in Computer Programming and Systems Analysis and Design from Humber College of Applied Arts.

Massimo prioritizes self-care and inspires those around him to do the same. He and his family live in Toronto.
