Carlos Gonzalez is the Vice President/General Manager of ADP Canada’s Majors and Nationals Account Services. He leads these business segments with full responsibility for driving growth, managing operations, and ensuring overall financial performance. Carlos oversees the end-to-end client journey—from initial implementation to ongoing service, including Comprehensive Services, ensuring clients receive exceptional service at every stage.
Since joining ADP in 2014, Carlos has held several key leadership roles, including Division Vice President, Implementation & Upgrades, and Vice President, Field Enablement. His strategic leadership has been instrumental in advancing service delivery and operational efficiency, while maintaining a focus on delivering value to clients.
Prior to ADP, Carlos spent two decades in senior leadership positions within Canada’s telecommunications industry at Rogers Communications and Bell Canada. During this time, he led teams in Client Services, E-Commerce, Technology, Shared Services, and Business Transformation, with experience spanning across both Consumer and Business markets.
Carlos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Ryerson University in Toronto and has served on the Board of Directors at Adventure Place, a child and family centre dedicated to helping children thrive in their social, emotional, and adaptive development.
Carlos and his family reside in Vaughan, Ontario.
